1. How long does it take?
We can buy your property very quickly (in just a few weeks), if that is what you need. If you have a longer time frame in mind then we can do that too.
2. What fees do you charge?
There are absolutely no costs in obtaining an offer from us.
3. Does the property need to be in good condition?
No, we will buy property in any condition.
4. Do I have to accept your offer?
No, you are under no obligation to sell your property to us. It is entirely your decision.
5. Are your offers low in price?
Every situation is different. Whilst some offers may be lower, in other cases we could pay up to 100% of the market value.
